Training since 2019
An established Cambridge club with a settled coaching approach and regular weekly classes.

Adults & kids 8yrs+
Separate adult and children's programmes, so everyone trains with the right group.

Safe, supportive environment
Technique first, in a 100% safe environment where beginners are looked after.
Who can train
Six classes. Adults and children 8yrs+.
Pick the class that fits you or your child. Every option starts the same way โ with a free intro session.
Established in 2019, with a community of adults, kids and parents who train together week in, week out.
MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling โ you can focus on one or cross-train across all three.
Classes are built around a curriculum: fundamentals first, then striking, takedowns, submissions, defence and escapes.
Our teams travel to local tournaments regularly โ but competing is entirely optional. Plenty of members never compete.

FAQ
Before you book
Yes. Our classes are structured to build a strong foundation from the fundamentals up, in a supportive environment. Most people start with no experience โ the Free Intro Session exists so you can try it with no commitment.
Is it suitable for complete beginners?
Adults, and children aged 8 years and older. Kids train in their own dedicated MMA, grappling and BJJ classes, separate from the adult programmes.
What age groups do you take?
MMA (striking, takedowns, submissions, defence and escapes), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and submission grappling (no-gi BJJ) โ for both adults and kids.
What type of training is offered?
You come in, see the Dojo, see how we train and take part in a session so you can see how you get on. You'll meet the coaches in a risk-free setting, then decide whether to join.
What happens during the Free Intro Session?
For your free intro session, comfortable sportswear and a drink are enough. Your coach will explain what kit you'll need once you decide to join.
Do I need my own kit?
No. We regularly take teams to local tournaments for those who want to compete, but competing is completely optional and many members train purely for fitness, skill and enjoyment.
Do I have to compete?
We're based in Cambridge, UK, and have been training here since 2019
